Challenge

The goal of the project is to gain a deep understanding of a specific target group that uses GVB services, in order to create a concept/service that suit both GVB plans and the target group’s needs and wants.

The main question in this project consists of two parts:

1. What is the real perceived brand image by GVB travellers?

2. How can GVB enhance its brand values/promises by its travellers?

Solution

Research methods by the use of Twitter, Mobile Phones, observation and interviews techniques were used in order to gain customer insight and obtaining the real needs of the travelers that use the public transportation in Amsterdam.

Challenge

Researching how our lifestyle will

lifestyle can effect the healthcare in the Netherlands.

Solution

Together with a group from different disciplines we created a vision for the healthcare in the Netherlands 2029.

Feel Better in 2029 is:

"Free own life in a physical world that meets your personal needs.

At the social level, receive and share your respect and appreciation."

Challenge

The whole Scottie project was a

big challenge for me because it

was related directly to children.

The user test at AMC Amsterdam

was a big challenge for me because

it was related directly to sick children.

Organizing the workshop was not that easy, good planning and

perfect communication scales needed to complete this task.

Solution

The user test in AMC Amsterdam was full of emotions. I saw the surprise and happiness in the eyes
of the children. I learned that small things like the Scottie “doll” could bring so much happiness to sick children.
The successes of the Scottie workshop reflected on the idea quality that was generated during this workshop, some of them were a start to graduation projects.

Solution

“fortoday” is a service that combines all the services at a station into one convenient service. It allows business travellers to use an online platform on Internet, or mobile phone to order items from various shops at the station for during, and after their travels.

Challenge

For this Project Sophia Childhos-

pital asked us to develop an innovative multimedia application

for their patients. It needs to have

a stimulating effect and make their stay easier for them to handle.

Solution

We develop a prototype of a digital buddy. This buddy provide emotional support to the patient and while doing that, collect loads of information about the patient.

the world. Enviu is looking for a solution in the shape of an

on-line platform, so that young people can fulfil their ideals in a modern and professional manner.

“Enviu Steps” is an interactive on-line community that will enhance and stimulate the communication and collaboration between the different groups within Enviu.

Challenge

Design a promo-clip in which

animal are promoted as a BRAND. Select the BRAND product in such a way that the animal is the right tool to market the product.

Solution

Squirrels are small furry an animals that find, and store their food for the winter. We have come up with the SQRL campaign. When you say SQRL as you would say any other word, you will hear: squirrel.
