The service desks where you can pick up your bag, is always situated close to the business lounge. The scanners that allow us to serve our customers with unpresented speed, are accessible from both in- and outside of the business lounge.
fortoday saves you the trouble of having to pay for your order on the spot. fortoday is a collaboration with KPN, and allows our customers to receive their total billing by mail at the end of each month. You will never have to save up receits again to make claims.
An order can be cancelled free of charge untill 60 minutes after the pickup time. After that Individuals will be billed.
If food is properly packaged, it can simply be added to the bag. The bags are kept in a constant temperature of 6 degrees, and we guarantee the quality of the consumption will stay unchanged by our service. Warm drinks such as coffee are made just before adding them to the bag, and can add a minor amount of time to the service. They are packaged in spill-free cups, and come with free sugar, and coffee milk. We limit ourselves to fast service produce.
The personal order number is required in order to cancel an order that was already placed. It can also be used to pickup an order in combination with a valid ID, in case you lost your Fortoday card.
